Clunes.org is a community website providing information about the Clunes area and assorted topics subject to the following terms of use ('TOU'). Clunes.org, its owners, administrators, employees, contractors and volunteers are hereafter collectively referred to as 'the site'. Additionally, the site provides for individuals to register as members (hereafter referred to as 'member/s') and publish their own content, including (but not limited to) text, images, audio and video, to the site.

By using the site in any way you are agreeing to comply with the TOU.

Content

Content on the site is published by individual members and is not necessarily the opinion of the site or other members. The site make no representation as to the accuracy, warranty or authenticity of content published to the site. You hold the site blameless for any offensive, defaming or illegal material (including any copyright infringement) published to the site. You hold the site blameless for any content that interferes with the normal operation of your computer, network and associated hardware and software.

Should you discover any material you consider objectionable you are advised to contact the site's support at support@clunes.org informing them of the location (URL) of the material.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify the site's agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement, at support@clunes.org

Please provide our Agent with the following Notice:

• Identify the material on the site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it on the website; A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (1) the above information in your Notice is accurate, and (2) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner;

The site will remove the infringing material, subject to the the procedures outlined in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Registered Members

If you are a registered member of the site you agree the site makes no guarantee of your continuing membership or privileges. The site reserves the right to cancel any membership, or reduce any privileges, at any time at it's own discretion.

You agree not to upload or publish any material that -

• - defames, libels or slanders any individual or other legal entity
• - could be considered offensive by any reasonable person
• - is illegal under any Australian Federal or State law
• - infringes on the intellectual property rights of any legal entity
• - is intended to harm, or negatively impact, on the site or it's ability to provide it's service without interference
• - is intended to harm, or negatively impact, on any user of the site or their computer
• - is a binary software application of any type
• - is a executable script of any type

You agree you are solely responsible for any content you publish to the site and that you are the copyright holder (or licensee) of the content. By submitting content to the site you grant the site worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to publish the content on the site indefinitely.
