The Old Manse Surrounded by cottage gardens and is a perfect location to take time out to smell the roses. The house is furnished, tastefully, in a style that captures a bygone era. The Parkinson stove is fully functional and adds to the atmosphere of the country kitchen. The wood heater beckons you to curl up with your favourite book in the comfortable armchairs. Poplars B&B "Poplars" is our quaint old Victorian home in the eart of beautiful, historic Clunes. Starting life as a miner's cottage in the 1850's, it grew like Topsy until 1868 and became home and surgery to many local doctors. Having lovingly decorated it with original furnishings and curios, we just love to share it with you. |
